It’s never too late to join a society, and this could not be more true with BurnFM!
Host your own show on BurnFM
Applications are now open for shows starting at the beginning of the Spring Term. BurnFM is a diverse society with over 200 members so our schedule is always packed with shows on the subject of just about anything.
If you’re successful, your show will normally be either one or two hours long, once each week during term time, and you’ll receive full support and supervision from a member of the Committee to help build your skill set and turn your show in to a masterpiece.
BurnFM broadcasts 11 hours a day, 7 days a week, online and around the Guild of Students. We have listeners from all over the world, so although stepping in to the studio for the first time might feel quite daunting, it’s great fun and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that we’re proud to offer our members.
We encourage anyone to apply, regardless of your experience.
Fill out the application form and submit it to us by Wednesday 14 January 2015. Please be advised that late applications will not be accepted. Our Programme Controller Niall Flynn will be happy to answer any queries you may have – email him at programming@burnfm.com.
