This Friday, Birmingham Promoters present the B29 Tour at the Actress & Bishop. The 5 date tour which will be stopping in Birmingham, Leeds, Nottingham, Bristol and London, will see an eclectic mix of Selly Oak’s finest musicians perform around the country.
Borrowing its name from the post code of Selly Oak, the student heart of the University of Birmingham, this tour promises to showcase the thriving student community which has brought Birmingham so much amazing music in four other cities.
The first date, in Birmingham, will see Shai Brides, Harico, Portobello, Fergus Channell and Midge take to the stage, with some variation on later dates of the tour. With so much talent oozing out of Selly Oak, Birmingham Promoters are taking some of our finest past and present UoB musicians on tour to share with the rest of the country.
