Following a similar format to that of Reading and Leeds, the Isle of Wight based festival will see joint headliners take to the main stage for the festival’s final night.
Festival organiser Rob Da Bank has unveiled that Wiz Khalifa and Sean Paul have been booked as the final headliners of the event-taking place from September 8-11th. They join Brit Rockers, The Cure and electro duo, Major Lazer. Sean Paul stated “I’ve heard the grand finale on the Sunday night is the best festival spot in the UK and I’m gonna bring the fyyyaahhh,” whilst Khalifia agreed, “it’s going to be lit.”
Undoubtedly Bestival has something for every music lover, bringing a diverse and interesting collective of artists to this year’s event, with this variety perfectly demonstrated in its four headliners.
Glass Animals will also be joining already announced Thursday headliners, Hot Chip and Crystal Fighters have been revealed as performers for the event too.
It has also been announced that there will also be a Purple Rave, showing an audio-visual tribute to Prince on the final day.
Day splits have been announced for the main set of artists too and tickets are already on sale.
