This is a show by the people, for the people. It revolves around a music submission feature, where alongside the most trashy pop music, I’ll be inviting listeners to send in their top song of the week and reviewing them. I’ll also be sharing my top track and top album, as part of my 100 albums in 2023 challenge. It will be a fun, listener based programme with tracks to cheer up even the saddest student. Whilst pop focused it will also be branching out to lots of different genres, as per the requests. I think that this could offer Burn listeners to be fully engaged with what they hear on air and this proved successful last term so I’m hopeful to carry on. Looking forward to soundtracking everyone’s mornings for another term!
